For major events, we recommend booking at least four to six weeks ahead. Smaller webcasts and meetings can often be arranged with one to two weeks notice, subject to availability.
Do you travel outside London?
Yes, we serve clients throughout the United Kingdom and have completed productions across Europe. Travel costs are included transparently in all proposals.
Can you work with our existing equipment?
Often, yes. During the discovery phase, we assess your current setup and determine what can be integrated versus what needs supplementing.
What if something goes wrong during the stream?
Our redundant systems and experienced operators minimise this risk significantly. Every production includes backup equipment and contingency protocols.
